what we do
PD Dr. Julia Thumfart and Dr. Nina Kubiak are the leaders of this research group. They evaluate structures of palliative care in the perspective of the professional team and in the view of patients and their caregivers. For those, they use quantitative as well as qualitative methods. The aim of the project is to establish structures of palliative care in the clinical care system to enhance health related quality of life of the patients and their families.
